The Alexander Technique is a gentle way to improve coordination and to reduce tension. It doesn’t only make you feel better, it’s a skill to learn for life.
I am teaching with subtle hands-on guidance synchronised with words. In a dialogue with your teacher, you will gradually learn to engage in daily activities with less strain, both mentally and physically.
Over time you will create tools to master yourself the unique pattern of habitual tensing and collapsing you have created during life. Alexander lessons will lead to increasing independence from the teacher.
The traditional way of learning the Alexander Technique is by private lessons, which are always tailored to the pupil’s individual needs. I’m also working with small groups where people can learn together, while still benefitting from personal attention.
