I trained with Anthony Kingsley at the Alexander Teacher Training School (ATTS) in London, and subsequently become a teaching memeber of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique. In addition, I fulfilled two years of full-time post-graduate training at the ATTS, while also taking part in the CPD programmes for Alexander Teachers at ArtsEd and City Lit Drama Department.

I’ve taught Alexander Technique at TrinityLaban Concervatoire, Helsinki Concervatoire, as well as yoga studios and adult education institutes in Finland.

When visiting London, I give individual lessons at the Alexander Studio in Central London.
